Returns & Refund Policy
Original Artwork
Due to the unique nature of original artwork, we are unable to accept returns unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
If this occurs, please email madeby.nicole@hotmail.com within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Please provide images of:
The artwork (front, back and side view);
The packaging it arrived in; and
The fault or damage.
Please do not dispose of the artwork, as we may request that it be returned to us for inspection. If we require the item to be returned, we will arrange this or cover the cost. If the artwork is disposed of before a resolution has been agreed in writing, a refund cannot be issued.
Prints
If you would like to return a print, please contact us at madeby.nicole@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, prints must be:
in their original packaging
in perfect, resaleable condition (no creases, marks or damage)
returned using tracked delivery
We reserve the right to return the item to you if it does not meet these conditions.
Returned prints must reach us within 14 days from the date you initiated the return. Once inspected and approved, a full refund will be issued (excluding return postage fees).
How to Start a Return
Email madeby.nicole@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
You will receive return instructions and the correct return address.
Send the item back using tracked delivery only (customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or defective).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 working days after the returned item has been approved for a refund for to appear.
