Pay in Instalments with Klarna

We’ve partnered with Klarna to give you more flexibility when paying for your artwork. Klarna allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over time or choose a payment option that best suits you, all at checkout!

how klarna works

  • When you select Klarna as your payment method at checkout, you’ll be securely redirected to Klarna’s website. There, you can choose from the payment options available to you based on your billing address and the total value of your order.

    Once you’ve completed Klarna’s prompts, you’ll be returned to our website to place your order. Please note that we can only begin processing your order once Klarna has approved and confirmed your payment.

  • The payment options available through Klarna vary depending on your country and the total transaction amount. Klarna may offer one or more of the following options:

    • Klarna Installments
      Pay for your purchase in three or four interest-free payments.

    • Klarna Financing
      Spread the cost over a longer period of up to 36 months. Interest may apply depending on the plan selected.

    • Klarna Pay Later
      Pay for your purchase in a single payment up to 30 days after the date of purchase.

    • Klarna Pay Now
      Pay immediately using a linked debit card, credit card, bank debit, or bank transfer.

    All Klarna payment plans are managed directly by Klarna.

  • If you choose Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments, Klarna will ask you to provide:

    • Your mobile phone number

    • Your email address

    • Your current billing address

    • A debit or credit card

    Your mobile number is required in case Klarna needs to contact you, and all communications will be sent to your email address. It’s important to provide accurate details so you receive your payment schedule and any updates about your order.

  • With Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments, you can spread the cost of your purchase across three equal payments.

    • The first instalment is collected once your order is confirmed by Made By Nicole

    • The second and third instalments are collected 30 and 60 days later

    • Payments are automatically taken from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout

    You can view and manage your payment schedule at any time using the Klarna app.

  • If a Klarna transaction is not approved or completed, it will automatically cancel within 24 hours. Klarna may email you to let you know that your payment was unsuccessful or that the order period has expired.

    Please note that we are unable to start processing your order until Klarna has successfully approved the payment.

  • Klarna manages all payments, instalment schedules, and financing terms. For questions about your Klarna account or payment plan, we recommend visiting Klarna’s website or using the Klarna app.
