ORDERS
Can I amend my order after it has been placed?
We try our hardest to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. As such, we cannot typically amend an order after it has been placed. However, please email us at madeby.nicole@hotmail.com and we will then try our best to accommodate you.
Where is my order confirmation?
Once your order has been placed, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing your order. Please make sure the email address you provide is correct.
Can I track the status of my order?
Once you place an order, we will then email you to inform you when your order has been dispatched, with an expected delivery date.
Can I cancel my order?
Under the consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order until the point in which it has been processed and shipped. However, to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of your purchase. To cancel an order, please inform us by sending an email to madeby.nicole@hotmail.com. Once your cancellation has been noted, you will then receive an email confirming your cancellation.
Cancelling your order

You must cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase. Once this has been noted, you will then receive an email confirming your cancellation. You will then be refunded the full amount including shipping charges.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a print?
Yes. Prints can be returned within 14 days as long as they are in perfect, resaleable condition and in their original packaging.
Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
Can I return original artwork?
Original artwork can only be returned if it arrives damaged or defective, due to its one-of-a-kind nature. You must notify us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Who pays for return postage?
Customers cover return postage for non-faulty prints.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the return postage or arrange collection.

How do I start a return?

your order number
the reason for return
photos if the item is damaged
We’ll send return instructions and the correct return address.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

What is a print?
An art print is a printed reproduction of an original piece of artwork. All prints are created using high resolution imagery to provide the most detail. Read more here.
What is the difference between a print and an original piece of art?
A print is a printed reproduction of an original piece of artwork, created using high resolution imagery to provide the most detail.
An original piece of art is artwork that has been carefully painted by hand on either white card or canvas. Depending on the piece, the artwork has been created using a variety of different mediums and techniques. As such, original artwork will likely have a textured finish that prints will not.
